If your library is experiencing a technical problem that is completely disabling or severely degrading library service, then please dial our Emergency IT Hotline at 717-207-0500 x7. Such emergencies would include but are not limited to:
  • Sierra circulation is completely unavailable
  • No Internet access
  • No public computing access
